Real-Time Task Management

With iTeamSite™, our clients break free from the artificial delays inherent with Excel and Project-based Task Logs. Rather than e-mailing weekly snapshots of Task lists, iTeamSite's web-based task module enables the project team to collaborate and update tasks in real-time. Everyone on the project team works off a single source of the most up-to-date Task Assignments - and team members are instantly notified as new tasks are assigned to them.

How we work:

Step 1: Upload Project Plan to iTeamSite
Once your SPS Project Manager has an approved baselined Project Plan, we import the plan into iTeamSite™. Project Tasks can now be assigned to team members.

Step 2: Collaborate on Tasks
Project Team can now collaborate on Task Notes – update Status and Completion % as progress is made. Automated version history shows the who, what, and when of changes made to each task.

Step 3: View Status
Tasks are automatically rolled up into at-a-glance views such as ‘Late Tasks’, ‘By Due Date’ and ‘By Assignee’.

Step 4: Get Real-Time Updates
Changes made to tasks are automatically sent to the PM, as they happen.
